• Deposit of Rent Checks into Owners Accounts or Checks mailed out for each Rental Term or Month.

• An Detailed Billing Sheet for each Rental stating all the necessary breakdowns for easy filing & understanding.

• Picking-up of Rent Checks when they are due from Tenants

• Locate a Tenant for the Premises in a Timely and Efficient Manner

• Provide a Name, Telephone Number, Email Address & Blackberry PIN for Owners to contact in case of Emergency at ANYTIME.

• Send a copy of Lease Agreements to Owners as well as notify them on any Extensions that may occur.

• Make sure Apartments are Cleaned and bought up to original standards in shortest possible delays to for New Tenant Occupancy or Potential Clients.

• Advertise & do Necessary Publicity to create visibility and awareness to increase occupancy & decrease Vacancies.

• Accommodate Owners to “Black-out” certain days for them to Occupy their Premises for Vacation or Personal us.
